After only two years of ownership, Drew Barrymore sold her Westchester County, New York, 18th-century home for $4.5 million. The actress listed the Colonial-style home for $4.995 million in March after purchasing it for $4.4 million in 2024. The family spent the next two years renovating the 7,274-square-foot estate, which needed more work than Barrymore had originally anticipated.
