Listed for $6.75 million, barely more than the $6.5 million he paid for it in 2024, the apartment covers 2,654 square feet and overlooks the East River, the Manhattan Bridge, and the Lower Manhattan skyline. One of the home’s best features is a lipstick-red barroom with a walnut bar and a record station that could be converted into a fourth bedroom. Also nice is the kitchen with hand-blown Bocci light fixtures and Fior di Bosco marble. The final sale price is not yet known.
