New York Townhome Goes Beautiful Brown
Shades of brown are popular now with home designers, decorators, and an Ohio football team owner. The six-story Chelsea townhome of James Haslam, owner of the Cleveland Browns, is decorated in luxe materials, rich textures and dramatic shades of brown. Amy Kolker of Jane Street Projects did the home’s interior design. It is listed with Matthew Slosar of Douglas Elliman for $19.95 million.
