Palm Beach Estate Hits Market at $205 million
A Palm Beach home has been listed at $205 million, a record price for a Palm Beach home. It came just a few days after another Palm Beach mansion was listed at $185 million. Built in 2005 for Frank Wilkins, a partner from a corporate pension-funds management company, the home has 230 feet of oceanfront, eight bedrooms and a separate beachfront cabana with its own living room, cabana bath, kitchen, and rooftop patio.
