Prince’s Former Beverly Hills Home Is For Sale – Not the One He Painted Purple

A home where Prince rented in 2008 is now $13.5 million cheaper. Situated on two acres in Beverly Park, a gated community in Beverly Hills that has long drawn celebrities like Sylvester Stallone, Mark Wahlberg, and Paris Hilton, the property first went up for sale in early 2026 for $68 million. The three-story, 27,000-square-foot Tuscan-style home has 15 bathrooms, a large wine cellar with exposed brick walls, a cinema, a gym, and parking for more than fifty cars. The home is now priced at $54.5 million.

In his life, Prince rented several homes in Beverly Hills, including NBA star Carlos Boozer’s Beverly Hills home that he painted in purple stripes. Prince died in 2016.
