Longtime NFL star Mike Pouncey has listed his 4,380-square-foot Fort Lauderdale home that comes with just about everything a home owner could want: 100-feet of prime waterfront on a deep-water canal with direct ocean access, five bedrooms, a summer kitchen, pool and spa, a gigantic fitness room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a summer kitchen, a gourmet chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, Control4 smart home automation, and a football field. Pouncey tore down the next-door home to make the football field, which also has a water view. The former University of Florida Gators and Miami Dolphins star is asking $6.95 million for the home. The listing agent is Kimberly Knausz with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.
