Chicago’s Avondale neighborhood is the only US neighborhood to make the top 10 of cool neighborhoods selected by Time Out. The British media company selected Avondale for its “eclectic bars, food, and music scene.” Other US neighborhoods that were ranked in the top 100 include Red Hook in Brooklyn, Little River in Miami, and Clarksville in Austin.
