America’s Most Affordable Beach Towns
Realtor.com ran the stats to find the most budget-friendly US towns for vacation-home buyers. For the second year in a row, Pascagoula, Mississippi was the #1 town. Deerfield Beach, Florida was at #2 and Atlantic City, New Jersey #3. Realtor.com did the analysis using a federal data base of beach locations followed by the current median list prices of single-family homes and condominiums. A similar analysis by House Beautiful had Deerfield Beach ranked as the third most affordable beach town in the United States.
