Buff and Hensman’s Everts House
Conrad Buff and Donald Hensman were post-World War II graduates of the prestigious University of Southern California architecture program who designed some of the most significant modern-style homes of the 1950s and ‘60s. After a years-long renovation of the FAIA “Everts House” they did in Sherman Oaks, California, the four-bedroom home is for sale at $3.495 million. The renovation was done carefully to maintain the original Buff and Hensman design while adding to the home’s features and amenities. The home is listed with Brian Courville at Compass.
