David Duchovny Gets $11 Million For His Malibu Home & Caboose

Californication and X-Files star David Duchovny has sold his Malibu contemporary home for $10.98 million. David bought the open-concept home with three bedrooms, an actual train caboose, and private beach access on almost an acre of land in 2016 for $4.75 million. The property also includes an outdoor kitchen, Miele appliances, polished cement floors and a pool. He spent about $1 million to make the caboose a comfortable guest space with a kitchen, bath and rooftop deck.
