Detroit has some of the best prices in the United States on fabulous older mansions, many built in the early 1900s for the wealthy automotive manufacturing families. The Fisher Mansion in Detroit’s Boston-Edison neighborhood is for sale at $2.2 million. It was designed by Richard H. Marr in the 1920s, who was known as the “Architect of Midwest Millionaires.”
