Florida Condo Sales Jump 8.6%; Prices Slip a Bit
Florida condominium sales increased 8.6% in February, compared to February 2025, according to data from the Florida Realtors Research Department and local real estate agents. The Florida median sales price for condominiums and townhomes was $309,000 in February, down 1.9% compared to February 2025.
