Fort Lauderdale’s Historic Pier 66 Residences
For more than 50 years, Pier 66, with its spire-topped tower and revolving cocktail lounge, was a Fort Lauderdale treasure. Closed in 2017 after Hurricane Irma, the 17-story tower has been completely restored and reopened as a 325-room luxury hotel. The surrounding 32-acre resort and marina are being developed as a luxury-residential waterfront destination, adding 62 private residences to the growing selection of new Fort Lauderdale condos. The Pier 66 residences will have access to the marina, restaurants, shops, and enough dockage space to accommodate super yachts. Prices start at $3.6 million.
