Iceberg Homes Have Big Basements
A new housing trend with celebrities is extra-large basements, which are used for luxury extras such as a swimming pool, gym or theater. The Kansas City Chief’s Travis Kelce remodeled his man cave basement to add a golf simulator. Because the features are not seen above ground, they are sometimes called “iceberg homes.”
