LA Lakers Buss Family New Beach Deal

Jeanie Buss, part-owner of the Los Angeles Lakers, is the new owner of a $4.2 million beachfront home. Playa Beach House has four bedrooms and over 2,500 square feet, located in one of Playa del Rey’s most coveted beachfront enclaves. Dena Luciano of Douglas Elliman and Yvette Busso of Berkshire Hathaway represented the sellers, while Meredith Schlosser of Berkshire Hathaway represented the buyer.

Jerry Buss, Jeanie’s father, was the Lakers’ longstanding majority owner, including the team’s 10 NBA league championships. He was also an owner of Pickfair, the legendary Beverly Hills mansion of Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks.
