Australian native and new LA Clippers player Ben Simmons has listed his New York apartment for $16.995 million. Recently traded from the New York Nets to the Los Angeles Clippers, Simmons’ 5,261-square-foot apartment comes with a home theater, wet bar, gym, office and striking views of the Manhattan skyline, New York Harbor, and the Statue of Liberty. Ben’s place is listed with Monica Novo of Douglas Elliman.
