Ukrainian figure skater Oksana Baiul had plans to open a skating school in Shreveport, Louisiana, but the project did not go forward, so she is selling her 6,000-square-foot mansion for $1.2 million. Oksana won the first gold medal for the then newly independent Ukraine at the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer, France.
