For the second year in a row, Zillow has selected Buffalo, New York as the hottest housing market in the United States. Zillow makes their selections based on homes availability, pricing and demand. Indianapolis is ranked #2 and Providence, Rhode Island is #3. Buffalo received over 70 inches of snow in 2024.
