The Apple Orchard That Inspired Steve Jobs Is For Sale
The Oregon apple orchard that inspired Steve Jobs to name his company Apple is for sale. The orchard is part of a nearly 400-acre property that was once home to a 1970s hippie commune known as All One Farm — a place that played a pivotal role in Jobs’ early personal journey and where Steve Jobs’ first child was born. The offering includes multiple parcels and homes, one of which contains a rustic red cabin where Jobs slept, along with a large barn that was used for meditation and communal gatherings. The 111.83-acre property, which includes the six-acre Gravenstein Orchard, is listed at $1.35 million. The listing agent is Drew Staudt from Windermere Professional Partners.
