US Home Prices Are Mostly Up
US home prices are a mixed bag, holding steady in parts of the country while going up or down in other areas. According to Redfin, home prices are still going up in much of the US, including Birmingham, Alabama; Tampa, Florida; and Richmond, Virginia. The median US home sale price is up 3.9% in the past year to $427,989.
