Vacant Lot Next To Jeff Bezos Sets Record

A 1.8-acre empty plot of land next door to two of Jeff Bezos’s estates on Florida’s Indian Creek Island has sold for a record price of $105 million. Purchased by a Swiss investor in 2018 for $27.5 million, the island is often referred to as “Billionaire Bunker” because it is heavily guarded and virtually impossible to get there without permission, it is located less than one mile from a long stretch of Miami Beach luxury condos.
